Okay, I'm posting here because why the hell not? It's my blog, and isn't that why you're reading it, because you love me and want to know about me? In fact, I'm mostly posting here because the Internet is a wonderful, magical thing, and I'd love some insight from anyone who may stumble across this page.
I've been absolutely freezing for a couple years now. I just can't warm up. My hands and feet are cold, but more alarmingly, my core is also really cold. I've started tracking my body temperature lately, and I almost always come in under 97 degrees. In fact, just now I read 98.2, which is the absolute highest I've seen since I started doing this a month ago. Usually it's around 96 degrees. Oh, and my blood pressure is quite low too. Bizarre stuff.
Anyway, so I was diagnosed with a severe B-12 deficiency a month ago, so I've been getting B-12 shots now for 4 or 5 weeks. I haven't noticed much of a change in the body temp thing (my doc was really hoping that was it), although some other oft-B-12-related symptoms have made some curious progress. I've got one colleague who's been emailing me stuff from Mystery Diagnosis, and a friend who told me that she's been experiencing a similar thing-- according to her, WebMD told her that we may have the plague. :) So what I'm saying is, if your brother's girlfriend's roommate's aunt had these same symptoms and found a mystery cure, please let me know, so I can join the club!

well,,,, I too would be happy to know the answer to this... I mean I use to be the hot mama, but now I also get cold quickly. but I think mine is a age thing.. Your still young so, must be some other reason.. I will be keeping my eyes open to see what others have to say... I am sure someone will have some suggestions.
No mysterious symptoms or diagnosis here but I am glad to know you do not have the plague!
My cure for my winter chill on the arthritic knees? Over the knee socks. They keep just the right amount of warmth going on to make me not limp like a 90 year old awaiting knee replacement. Oh, and fingerless mits are nice too. Keeps the forearm, wrist and palms warm! Hey, I may look silly but I need to be warm too.
